A comprehensive range of flat gaskets and an in-house stamping shop
Flat gaskets are used for the static sealing of flanges, screw connections, containers or housings. Fibre gaskets are used wherever elastomer gaskets are no longer adequate in terms of pressure, temperature and surface pressure. The main areas of application are the drinking water and food industry, heating technology and general mechanical engineering. In addition to our comprehensive range of flat gaskets, we have the possibility to produce your gasket quickly and competently according to your drawings in our stamping shop.
NOVAPRESS® Universal
The fibre-bound NOVAPRESS® materials are elastomer-bound sealing materials based on high-quality aramid fibres and special functional fillers. Gaskets made of NOVAPRESS® Universal represent the classic in the flat gasket sector and cover almost all standard applications. They are mechanically extremely robust and have a broad chemical resistance. They fulfil approvals according to BAM, TA Luft, W 270, WRAS, EG 1935/2004 and the Elastomer Guideline (UBA). Angst+Pfister's range of products includes flat gaskets for flanges with smooth sealing face according to EN 1514-1, Raccord gaskets, as well as Beater seals.
NOVATEC® Premium XP
Thanks to its high graphite content, NOVATEC® XP is superior to classic fibre gaskets due to its higher temperature and chemical resistance. Thanks to its innovative material structure, NOVATEC® has sufficient inherent strength so that metal inserts are not required. A further feature of NOVATEC® PREMIUM XP is the royal blue non-stick coating. This is effective and long-term stable over the entire temperature range of use. NOVATEC® Premium has approvals according to EC 1935/2004, WRAS, UBA, BAM, W 270 and TA-Luft.
NOVATEC® Special
Flat gaskets made of NOVATEC® Special are particularly suitable for use in steam, fuels, oils, refrigerants, aqueous solutions, and organic and inorganic gases. Angst+Pfister's range includes flat gaskets for flanges with a smooth sealing face according to EN 1514-1.
PTFE-enveloped flat gasket with NOVAPRESS® Basic
The NOVAPRESS® seals have universal chemical resistance due to the PTFE coating. Thanks to the earthing lug, electronic charging of the seal is prevented.
