HITEC® O-ring FKM 75.16-04 is an FKM O-ring made for demanding sealing applications involving oils, fuels, greases and elevated temperatures. The fluororubber material offers strong resistance to many hydrocarbons and industrial fluids, making it suitable for engines, hydraulic systems, pumps, valves and technical assemblies. Typical industries include automotive, oil and gas, mechanical engineering, energy, aerospace support, chemical processing and industrial maintenance. HITEC® FKM 75.16-04 O-rings are chosen when standard rubber seals cannot provide sufficient resistance to heat or oil-based media. They help ensure reliable sealing, longer service life and stable operation in equipment exposed to demanding thermal and chemical conditions. High-quality bisphenolic cross-linked FKM material (fluororubber) with very good resistance to oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, hydraulic fluids of low flammability, fuels and many chemicals. With an operating temperature range of -25 to +200°C (up to +230°C for short periods) and a very good compression set, this material also has a high level of leak tightness in the long term.
Due to the many approvals, the material can be used in a wide range of industries and applications.
