Various fastenings for the low pressure range

The fastening is used to connect hoses and fittings with nozzles. There are many types of fastening in different materials.

In this product group we have the following fastenings for the low pressure range: fastening tapes (BAND-IT), clamps, hose clamps, malleable cast iron clamps and clamping jaws.

Secure mounting of fastenings

When selecting the fastenings, the outer diameter of the hose to be mounted must be within the clamping range of the fastening. There is no defined tightening torque for assembly. If a fastening is tightened too much, the hose made of elastomers or thermoplastics would expand. As a result, the hose line will leak.

After production, the hose assembly should always be checked for leaks and pressure resistance. No special tools are required to assemble the hose lines.
