Bellows with different pleat shapes for optimal protection
The bellows are mainly used as a protective element for dynamic applications such as piston rods and axially moving machine parts, for example in steering systems, chassis and drive trains and in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. They are used to protect against dust, chips, dirt, oils and greases and other media. In addition, bellows can also be used as protection against contact and crushing for persons.
Special pleat shapes enable large lifting, transverse and torsional movements.
