Rubber sheets as rolled goods or blanks

Angst+Pfister has a comprehensive stock range of rubber sheets in a wide variety of materials, thicknesses and formats. In addition to original rolled goods, blanks are also available, supported by our online blank configurator. For punched flat gaskets, please contact us for an individual contact request.

Elastomer plates made of NR (natural rubber) and SBR (styrene-butadiene)

Due to their good mechanical properties, boards made of NR or as a combination NR/SBR are often used as wear protection and are available with and without glass fabric inlay as well as with and without adhesive layer. PARA-SUPER is FDA compliant and therefore suitable for use with foodstuffs. The Linatex, Linagard and Linard ranges are used mainly for increased requirements.

Elastomer plates made of NBR (nitrile) and HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile)

NBR elastomer sheets are available in hardnesses from 60 to 90 Shore A and have good resistance to mineral oil and grease. The white NBR plate is also compliant with FDA and EG 1935/2004 article 3. For higher operating temperatures HNBR is a good alternative.

Elastomer plates made of CR (chloroprene) and SBR (styrene-butadiene)

Thanks to their very good resistance to weathering and ageing, CR or the combination CR/SBR are used in outdoor applications. The CR/SBR board is also available with a glass fibre fabric insert.

Elastomer plates made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene)

EPDM panels have good weathering and ageing resistance and are available in hardnesses from 25 to 70 Shore. SOFT-COMPACT is very soft and homogeneous. For drinking water applications, we recommend the EPDM 70 sheet with the appropriate approvals.

Elastomer plates made of VMQ (silicone)

Silicone platest have the advantage that they can be used in a wide temperature range (-60 to +230°C) and also have approvals in the food sector such as FDA, BfR or EG1935/2004.

Elastomer plates made of FKM (fluorocarbon)

If good chemical resistance is required, we recommend rubber sheets made of FKM.
